If you are having difficulty listening to the Windows Media Player, please try these steps.

1. In the Windows Media Player,  right click on the menu bar
2. A drop down menu should open, click on tools
3. Under tools click on options
4. Under options click on the Network tab
5. There are 4 check boxes under Streaming protocols
6. Uncheck all options except HTTP (only HTTP should be checked).
7. Under the File Type tab, make sure "Windows Media file .ASF" is checked.
